.mov is created when you export the animation. It is used to view an animation as a movie on itunes.
.swf is created when you publish the animation. It is used to view is in flash player. It can not be edited.
.html is created when you publish the animation. It is used when you see the animation in the web. It can't be viewed anywhere else.
